LabelPress privacy policy

LabelPress prints product barcode labels from your Shopify admin. We read product names, SKUs, barcodes, prices, and size or color names so we can create a PDF. When you load recent orders, we read line item names, SKUs, barcodes, and quantities for that print. We do not keep customer names, addresses, emails, or order history after the PDF is created.

What we store

• Your shop address.
• Your plan, and how many labels you have printed this month.
• The label size, typeface, alignment, barcode type, extra text, and GS1 prefix you last chose.
• A logo image if you upload one.
• A count and time for each print job, without product details.
• A sign-in record so the app can open inside your Shopify admin.

When a shop is removed

When Shopify asks us to remove a shop, we delete that shop record, the saved logo, and the sign-in record.
